Zhizhi stores your learning progress (characters learned, quiz scores, preferences) locally on your device using SwiftData. We do not collect, transmit, or store any personal data on our servers.
When you use the AI Tutor feature, your question is sent to Google's Gemini API via our proxy server. We do not log or store these conversations. The proxy forwards your request and returns the response — nothing is retained.
We do not use any analytics SDKs, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics services. We have no idea who you are, and we prefer it that way.
In-app purchases are processed entirely by Apple through StoreKit. We do not have access to your payment information, Apple ID, or purchase receipts.
Zhizhi does not require registration, login, or any form of account creation. There is no user database.
Zhizhi is designed for general audiences. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
